A - A sky light adds to the beauty and enjoyment of your Sunroom by allowing additional sunlight into key areas. A properly installed sky light will not leak when it is installed by our certified installers.

A - A spa is a popular addition to a Sunroom. There are sizes that fit any budget and up to 8 people.

A - Sunrooms come with a lifetime warranty.

A - We use only tempered HPG2000 glass in our windows. The tempered glass is 4 times stronger than annealed glass. The HPG2000 series of glass is an exclusive of our Sunroom product that decreases solar heat gain and provides protection against harmful ultraviolet rays. The glass is then coated with our exclusive DDS sealant that reduces the need to clean the glass. This surface treatment seals the glass with a teflon-like coating that allows dirt to rinse off the outside of the window.

A - Our Sunrooms have been approved for high wind conditions (up to 110 mph). The Sunroom roof system is designed to properly support snow loads that are required in your community.

A - There are several things involved; obtaining a permit, scheduling of your room to be built, crew availability, and weather conditions. But once all the preparation work is done, your Sunroom may be installed in just one day.
