Very happy with the work sho-pro did on our bathroom!

From the beginning with my salesman to the end, installation, I had a wonderful experience with Sho-Pro Bath Planet. Pricing and financing options were reasonable. Chris Parnell, installer, did a wonderful job. - worked steady, explained every step, quality work, and went above and beyond with help on a new vanity. I love my new bathroom!!!

The installer was absolutely the best, hands down, my new bathroom is so beautiful that I didn’t even want use the shower, I really didn’t expect it to look that good, it is just beautiful and the company has been working really well with us, I couldn’t ask for more. My only complaint is that you have use a squeezege for cleaning.

I am not sure if I could ask for a better outcome of a construction project. From start to finish , everything went well. Barrick was extremely respectful of our space and treated it as if it was his own home. His positive attitude was on display and communicated extremely well. End product is fantastic too! Not sure if ai will ever do tile again.

Not happy with not returning calls

The guy came and measured our cabinet door and drawers. I told him in one area he didn’t measure correct. He tried arguing with me. So when we did the demolition of what we agreed on. I found out I was correct. I called left a message and said he needed to come and remeasure. Left my -honey number. No call back. And still waiting on my cabinets. That was about 2 months ago.
