Our sales guy Aaron showed us great pictures of jobs they had done. He told us how they were endorsed by Good housekeeping. BBB A+ rating, we were so excited about getting a new shower. Production manager Chris mooney came out and measured everything. I let the installer (the assistant production manager) set up in my garage thinking I would get a great installation. On day 3 of the 4 day install I voiced concerns that the panels had a rough edge. He said it would look fine when its finished. Well it looks like a rough edge with caulk on it. Thats just the start of this poor installation. I don't think these people know what plumb and square is. Overall, poor installation. They cleaned up where you could see but didn't bother with the crawl space just left the trash and this company has never answered an E-mail. they make it very hard for you to communicate with. We finally met with Chris and the installer in the bathroom Chris said he thought it looked great. I Then I pointed out some of the problems with it. The shower is too big for the space there is no way you can trim it out properly. the installer came back after a couple of weeks and went over what we wanted done to make us happy. Then he said they could fix it for another $5,600. initial price after discounts $16,830. I could not believe it. I have pictures, it is just like they left it. I guess I am going to have to get a real professional to fix it for me I highly recommend staying clear of SHO PRO of Indiana.
