Money well spent
I must admit that I was skeptical About The effects A Thermal blanket being installed my attic . However After going through 3 Summers and winters, I do not have Any doubts that our house has been Much warmer in the winter and much cooler in the summer. The money we invested to have the energy shield installed in our house was money well spent. I highly recommend this product for any house.
Worth every penny
Only three days after we signed up for it, we received a call from one of your representatives to set up an appointment to review the job and make sure the correct amount of materials were going to be ready for the installation day. When the contractor showed up to survey the installation requirements, we also set up our appointment for installation. I was pleasantly surprised that he even offered to install it on a Saturday if that worked better for me. Last weekend the installation contractor showed up on time, with all the materials he needed, and determined to do a good job. He did an excellent job: he was clean while working, he allowed me to ask questions while he was working and he completed the job in a timely manner. We also chose the makeover package which included other small jobs and fixes around the house that were also completed in no time. When the contractor left, I went upstairs and I had another pleasant surprise: I could not tell the difference in temperature between the lower and the upper levels. I could not believe it. Left and came back
I just wanted to take the time to write and tell you what a wonderful job Tom, Mack and Larry did. They were very polite , and very friendly. I even left the house for 4 hours without even a worry. They were very cleanly when I returned with everything back in it's place as if to were never moved. I am very pleased the windows are great.
A lot less work for us
I am telling everyone about my new windows. Your company did a great job. I told the representatives sent to my home what a great job they did. We are very pleased with the windows and the company. We knew we were losing a lot of heat with the old wooden windows we just had replaced with our new Sho-Pro windows. Our wooden ones were rotted away, needed caulking and we painted them every year. A lot of work for us. We just want you to know how delighted we are.
Helps with wood heat
We were impressed with the presentation of the Sho-Pro windows. Your sales person did a great job. We really appreciated the ease of opening the windows. We are very happy with the way our home looks. Its quite an improvement. Every winter before we had our new windows installed, we put plastic up. We put it on the inside as well as the outside. What a chore. We heated our home with wood and were very concerned over the loss of energy through our windows. We knew we were losing a lot of heat in winter time. We are so pleased with the ShowPro windows that we are recommending them to others and have already recommended our friends. We believe we received a lot of value for what we paid.
Can't hear the neighbors
Every year my wooden windows needed painted, they would peel. They let the cold air in and the heat out, if you put your hand on the glass you could feel how cold it was. had very high gas bills. Already my gas cost had dropped quite a lot. We saw your ad and called. Your salesman was very nice, did a great demonstration for us. The reason we decided to go with your company was the fact that we could save so much on our fuel costs. The men who put the windows in for us also did a great job, even cleaned up afterwards. Our home looks great. The first morning after having my windows installed, I could not hear my neighbor leaving next door. Didn't hear him start his car. Also our street has a turn around and trucks use it and we can't hear this either.
Easy to use
The old windows we just replaced with Sho-Pro windows just did not do a good job. We had problems opening them. They were extremely hard to raise. We are very impressed with how our new windows tilt in. They are so easy to clean. Our home looks 100% better. The job your company did was just excellent. We will recommend them to others.
No more drafts in the house
Thank you for replacing all of our windows recently. We were so tired of how our aluminum ones looked. They were always wet with water, they had mildew on them along with mold. Terrible looking. I cannot describe to you the difference our home makes now in its appearance and the elimination of the aggravation of trying to remove the mildew and mold from the previous ones. I am impressed with the construction of the Sho-Pro window. It is so solid and durable. It was a pleasure doing business with your company as everyone there is so helpful. We noticed the difference of working with you and other companies. The salesperson who came to our home was so knowledgeable. The installers were very cleanly and nice. We had a lot of drafts with the aluminum windows always putting up plastic and taking down plastic. There was always a draft in the hallway, of our ranch. No longer!
